Responsibilities :
- You have to monitor the health of the customer.
- You should monitor the customer's lifestyle from time to time and also take care of their training and onboarding.
- You should coordinate customer onboarding activities from time to time
- You should prepare customer-related action plans every day
- You should inform them about the renewal process related to customer care.
- In this regard, you should be ready to make 50 to 60 phone calls every day. If the customer has any doubt, you should explain it clearly to him.
- You should send a large number of messages every day.
- In addition to talking on the phone every day, you should reply to the mails coming to the company.
- In addition to talking politely with the customer, you should also know how the service is from them through the feedback bank. You should process it later based on their feedback. If the feedback is very troublesome, you should ask them what inconvenience they had and provide service accordingly.
Skills:
- You should have good communication skills to talk to the customer. You should have knowledge of the local language as well as English, which is mandatory.
- You should definitely have typing knowledge because you have to reply fast.
- You should have complete understanding of computer and know how to type on computer and type accurately.
- If you have at least one year of experience, then you will be given preference.
- You should have compulsory knowledge on account management and sales
